I, the Director/ Principal of this school, assure the Council that as per the rules of the Council, there is no other school affiliated to the Council within a radius of one kilometer in urban area/three kilometers in rural area of my school (as/ if applicable). So I request the council to affiliate my school. I understand that if there is already an affiliated school by the council within my school's radius, my application will be rejected without a refund.
